COMMON QUERIES

HOW WILL MY PLANTS ARRIVE?

Unless stated otherwise, our plants will be shipped bare rooted with instructions on how to care for them. How each plant is shipped will be noted on the product description.

WHAT IF I WANT TO PLACE A LARGE ORDER?

We are happy to accept larger orders and corporate gifting. Our plants are also a great way to give as a wedding favour. If this is something you're interested in, feel free to contact us via the contact page.

WHAT IF MY PLANTS ARRIVED DAMAGED?

We always ensure that your orders are packed carefully however, the shipping process is not always kind (or easy). Most of the time we get it right, but sometimes we don’t. When that happens,  please fill out  our contact form (make sure to include a photo) and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event a plant is received dead on arrival, you will be offered a voucher.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will refund or exchange those products within 14 days, provided the plant is not dead, or damaged. Buyers are responsible for return postage.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refund on Gift Cards.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Due to quarantine restrictions, we are able to ship to the following states;

  • New South Wales

  • Queensland

  • Australian Capital Territory

  • Victoria

  • South Australia

We can not ship to Western Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. For International Orders, each country has different restrictions on importation of plants, please check with your local customs office prior to your purchase as I do not offer refunds on plants seized by customs. We could however assist with providing information  requested by your local customs. Phytosanitary Certificates can also be provided for an additional cost.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP MY PLANTS?

All plant orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays. We also need some time for the roots to be dried prior to shipment, please allow 3-5 days for your plants to be dispatched.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay for your orders using the payment methods below:
- Paypal - if you do not have a Paypal account, you may check out as a "Guest" and pay with your debit/credit card
- Afterpay
- Openpay, our platform does integrate with Openpay platform, if this is a payment option you wish to use, please reach out to us prior to making a purchase to organise a manual payment over the phone.
